- Sauté the dried meat cut into pieces in garlic, onion and oil. Reserve
- Cook the cassava with water and salt to taste until soft
- Beat the cassava in the blender with the water.
- In the braised beef jerky, add the cassava in syrup, let it cook for a while, stirring constantly. Add green smell to taste.
