  1. Sauté the dried meat cut into pieces in garlic, onion and oil. Reserve
  2. Cook the cassava with water and salt to taste until soft
  3. Beat the cassava in the blender with the water.
  4. In the braised beef jerky, add the cassava in syrup, let it cook for a while, stirring constantly. Add green smell to taste.
