  • Shredded Chicken1 cup
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Potatoes3 unit(s)
  • Green smell to taste
  • Onion and garlic to taste
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chicken stock1 unit(s)
  • oil/olive oil/butter or lard3 tablespoon
  • Spices to taste
  1. Heat the chicken in the pressure cooker with the chicken broth, garlic and salt for 20 min, counting after it reaches pressure
  2. Cook cassava and potatoes with water in the pressure cooker for 20 minutes, the water should cover them
  3. Remove the chicken, shred and set aside Pass the cassava and potatoes in the blender with the cooking water.
  4. In a pan, sauté the oil, onion, garlic and your usual seasonings (I used saffron, paprika and Edu guedes) add the shredded chicken.
  5. Put the potatoes and cassava in a blender with the cooking water and pour it into the pan with the chicken, adjust the salt and let it boil, if it gets too thick, add a little more water.
  6. Place the eggs, wait a little while for them to cook and stir, finish with the green smell.
