- Bacon100 g
- Pepperoni1 unit(s)
- Basil to taste
- Saffron to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cut the cassava in half and remove the lint
- Put the cassava in a pan with water and salt to cook.
- Beat the cooked cassava in the food processor with a little of the water used in cooking.
- Fry garlic, bacon and pepperoni in a pan with oil
- Add the broth to the pan
- Add spices to taste, saffron and basil
- Let it boil until it thickens as desired.
