  • peeled cassava500 g
  • chopped bacon100 g
  • chopped pepperoni1 unit(s)
  • chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic1/2 unit(s)
  • green smell to taste1/2 unit(s)
  1. Place the cassava in the pressure cooker, cover it with water, cover and bring to a boil.
  2. Leave for 30 after getting pressure.
  3. After that, turn off the fire and wait until the pressure comes out on its own.
  4. Remove the cassava from the pan and pour it into the blender, along with the water.
  5. Beat for about 2 minutes or until it forms a very homogeneous cream. Reserve.
  6. Heat a pan and fry the bacon until golden.
  7. Then add the onion and sauté lightly.
  8. Add the pepperoni and fry until golden.
  9. Add the manioc cream and stir to mix well.
  10. Lower the heat and stir occasionally until it starts to boil.
  11. TIP: Taste, if necessary add a little salt.
  12. To finish, sprinkle green smell and serve immediately.
