  • Pepperoni1 unit(s)
  • Bacon100 g
  • Coriander1 tablespoon
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Bahia seasoning to taste
  1. Put the cassava in the kitchen for about 30 minutes.
  2. Grate the pepperoni, cut the bacon into cubes.
  3. Put everything together in a pan with the other ingredients sauté, set aside.
  4. Transfer the cooked cassava to the blender with the water from the cooking itself, beating until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
  5. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil over low heat. After that, turn off the heat and serve.
