- Cook the cassava in a pan (40min for cooking) In another pan, cook the meat (50 min for cooking).. right after it is ready.. after all the pressure has come out, shake the covered pressure cooker to shred the meat. Chop the onion and sauté in the oil with the garlic seasoning and salt and 1 Knorr broth. Beat the cassava together with the cooking water, in the blender and throw it on top of the chopped onion with the seasoning. Then add the shredded meat and also the minced beef sausage already fried.
