Em uma panela de pressão coloque a mandioca com água e sal para cozinhar. 
Após cozida bata em um liquidificador a mandioca com a água do cozimento e reserve;

In a pressure cooker, place the cassava with water and salt to cook.
Once cooked, beat the cassava with the cooking water in a blender and set aside;

Corte em cubos pequenos todos ingredientes. Em uma panela, coloque para fritar o bacon e a calabresa, deixe que doure bem. Adicione então o alho e a cebola e por último o tomate. Tempere esse refogado com sal e  pimenta e misture com a mandioca batida. Adicione um pouco mais de água e deixe esse caldo ferver para o gosto dos ingredientes irem para todo ele. 
Agora é só servir essa delícia 

Cut all ingredients into small cubes. In a pan, place the bacon and pepperoni to fry, let it brown well. Then add the garlic and onion and finally the tomato. Season this stew with salt and pepper and mix with the beaten cassava. Add a little more water and let this broth boil for the taste of the ingredients to go all over it.
