  • Bacon200 mg
  • Shredded or cubed chicken300 mg
  • Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Salt0 to taste
  • Chimichurry0 to taste
  • Bahia seasoning to taste
  1. Season the chicken with garlic, salt and other seasonings.
  2. Put the cassava in the pressure cooker for 10 minutes and then, when it is cooked, hit it in the blender (Beat the cassava together with the cooking water) and leave it separate while you prepare other things.
  3. Fry the bacon in cubes and when it's fried, take some of the oil that yielded and add the chicken to sauté together.
  4. As soon as the chicken is already sautéed and cooked, add the cassava that was beaten in the blender.
  5. Mix it all together and taste and see if you need to adjust any ingredients.
  6. And that's it, it's ready and it's just eating. Enjoy your food!
