- Ana Maria Seasoning1 tablespoon

- Paio sausage1 unit(s)

- Grated Parmesan to taste
- In a pressure cooker, add the manioc, a spoon of salt, the Ana Maria seasoning, the vegetable broth and water, cook for 20 minutes under pressure.
- Chop the bacon and the paio in cubes, grate the onion, sauté and reserve.
- Remove the cooking water and reserve, with a mixer, grind the cooked manioc and add the water.
- Mix the sautéed ingredients, a spoon of salt and the green smell and let it boil, always stirring so it doesn't burn. Serve with sprinkled Parmesan cheese.
