- Chicken broth2 unit(s)
- Oil to taste
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Green Smell to taste
- Cook cassava and chicken in separate pans
- Blend the cassava with the cooking water in a blender and set aside.
- Sauté the garlic and onion, add the chicken stock, color the shredded chicken
- Mix well, pour the broth, stir and adjust the salt
- Let it boil and add the green smell. serve while still hot
