Carrots4 unit(s)
Chuchu1 unit(s)
Sweet Potato1/2 unit(s)
Chopped small onion1 unit(s)
Minced garlic to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil to taste
Fried bacon to finish to taste

Saute garlic and onion in a pan
Add the chopped carrots, chayote and sweet potato, cover with water, adjust the salt and let it cook until the vegetables are soft
Remove and hit the blender, adding the water little by little to help blend
When it's a cream, go back to the pan and adjust the salt and seasonings.
Finish with Fried Bacon
