- Ginger1 tablespoon
- Honey3 teaspoon
- Cardamom1 tablespoon
- Garlic1 to taste
- Onion1 to taste
- Salt, Black Pepper1 to taste
- Vegetable broth2 unit(s)
- Margarine2 teaspoon
- Cook the carrots with salt and black pepper.
- In a pan, sauté onions, garlic and margarine, add the vegetable broth and add the water that cooked the carrots, remove a little and blend together with the carrots in the blender.
- With the carrots already beaten in the blender, throw the cream in the pan with the sautéed mix well, add the cardamom and honey, stir well and serve.
