  • Pork Chop600 g
  • Canjiquinha250 g
  • Lemon1/2 unit(s)
  • Seasonings1 tablespoon
  • Bacon250 g
  • Onion to taste
  • Water500 ml
  1. In the pressure cooker, place the onion, seasoning to taste, the juice of half a lemon and the pork ribs until golden.
  2. Add the bacon and let it cook some more.
  3. Add the water and the canjiquinha and mix well. Bring to a boil and then cover the pan.
  4. After getting pressure, count 5 minutes and turn off.
  5. Caution: let the pressure off by itself. Do not cool the pan.
  6. After losing pressure, open the pot and check the cooking point.
  7. If necessary, adjust the seasoning and serve as desired.
