  • Dry meat500 g
  • Cabbage1 cup
  • Colorau1 coffee spoon
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • pounded garlic1 teaspoon
  • Beef broth1 unit(s)
  1. Wash the jerky and cook in the pressure cooker for 40 minutes. Shred and set aside.
  2. In a pan add the garlic, chopped onion, a little oil for sautéing.
  3. Then add the paprika, Canjiquinha, beef broth and enough water to cook.
  4. When the hominy has doubled in volume, add the meat, cabbage and a little water (if you need more). Let it cook for another 10 minutes and that's it.
