- Canjiquinha Corn2 cup
- Dry meat500 g
- Cabbage1 cup
- Colorau1 coffee spoon
- Onion1 unit(s)
- pounded garlic1 teaspoon
- Beef broth1 unit(s)
- Wash the jerky and cook in the pressure cooker for 40 minutes. Shred and set aside.
- In a pan add the garlic, chopped onion, a little oil for sautéing.
- Then add the paprika, Canjiquinha, beef broth and enough water to cook.
- When the hominy has doubled in volume, add the meat, cabbage and a little water (if you need more). Let it cook for another 10 minutes and that's it.
