  • Yellow Canjiquinha250 g
  • Smoked Pork Ribs250 g
  • Dry meat500 g
  • Pepperoni sausage1 unit(s)
  • Large chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Cloves5 unit(s)
  • Tomatoes without skin and without seeds, chopped1 unit(s)
  • Chives and parsley to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. In a pressure cooker, sauté the onion and garlic.
  2. Add the chopped tomato, the ribs, the dried meat in cubes already desalted and the hominy.
  3. Cover with water (about 3 fingers above) and after getting pressure set 20 minutes.
  4. During this time, fry the pepperoni sausage in cubes.
  5. After 20 minutes and the pressure comes out of the pan, add the fried sausage, parsley, chives, black pepper and adjust the salt.
