- Pepperoni2 unit(s)
- Bacon300 g
- Cabbage1 to taste
- Cook the cassava and manioc well. Beat well in the blender with the cooking water, until it becomes a cream that is neither too thin nor too thick.
- Sauté the chopped bacon and pepperoni in a large pot. Season to taste after sautéing. I used onion, garlic, coriander, red pepper, Bahia seasoning, salt and knorr vegetable broth (powdered)
- Add the cabbage to this stir-fry and let it wilt well. Throw the broth from the blender into this mixture and finish by letting it boil until it thickens according to your taste. Add water if you prefer thinner (I like it creamier).
- Serve hot with bread and cheese cubes (huuuuuuuum....)
