Corte a carne em pedaços.
Em uma panela de pressão colocar um fio de óleo, alho amassado e a cebola. 

Cut the meat into pieces.
In a pressure cooker put a thread of oil, crushed garlic and onion.

Quando a cebola estiver refogada adicione o colorau , a carne em pedaços ,quinó e sal a gosto. 

When the onion is sautéed, add the paprika, the meat in pieces, quinoa and salt to taste.

Mexa tudo e adicione água para cozinhar e tampe a panela, quando dá pressão marquei 20 minutos. 

Stir everything and add water to cook and cover the pan, when it gives pressure I marked 20 minutes.

Depois que a carne estiver pronta.
Adicione a Canjiquinha lavada,e leve ao fogo novamente para cozinhar a Canjiquinha sem a tampa da panela.  Ser for necessário adicione mas água .

After the meat is done.
Add the washed Canjiquinha, and take it to the fire again to cook the Canjiquinha without the pan lid. If necessary add more water.
