- Sausage300 g
- Bacon200 kg
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic1 to taste
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Bay leaves3 unit(s)
- Coriander1 to taste
- Minced bacon500 g
- Leave the beans to soak for at least an hour, bring to the fire in the pressure cooker along with the sausage and bacon and bay leaf after getting pressure let it cook for 30 minutes.
- Once cooked, beat the beans with the sausage and bacon in the blender, remove the bay leaf before beating.
- In a pan fry the onion and garlic together with the beaten beans if it is too thick add a little water and let it boil put the cilantro.
- Fry the bacon as desired and place on top of the broth.
