  • Green Zucchini2 unit(s)
  • Meat500 g
  • Olive oil1 to taste
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Tomato Extract1 to taste
  1. In a bowl, season the meat with garlic, salt and olive oil.
  2. Peel the vegetables and set aside
  3. In a pan, put the meat to brown, put water to cover the meat, press pressure for 20 minutes.
  4. As soon as the meat is cooked add the seasonings, tomato, onion, tomato extract, cilantro add the vegetables and the pasta, cover and wait for the vegetables to cook under pressure for another 15 minutes, add salt and it will be ready to serve
