- Beef muscle500 g
- Pasta500 g
- Potato2 unit(s)
- Carrot2 unit(s)
- Yam2 unit(s)
- Sweet potato2 unit(s)
- Onion2 unit(s)
- Garlic4 unit(s)
- Green smell and coriander to taste
- Condiments (chimichurri, Bahian seasoning and sweet paprika). to taste
- A drizzle of olive oil and chives to finish to taste
- Water for cooking the muscle500 ml
- Add beef muscle, garlic and onions. Give a light braised until the meat water dries up.
- Add salt and seasonings of your choice. I used chimichurri, Bahian seasoning and sweet paprika.
- I used 500 mL of water to cover the meat and put it under pressure for 30 minutes.
- Then add the vegetables and take to the pressure for another 5 minutes.
- After pressing, add the green smell and coriander. Finally, a drizzle of olive oil and chives.
