  • Butter beans2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil or oil1 tablespoon
  • Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Crushed Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
  • Chopped Cabbage to taste
  • Pepperoni1 unit(s)
  • Fried garlic to taste
  1. Cook the beans under pressure in salted water until soft, about 15 minutes. Discard some of the water and hit the blender.
  2. Fry the pepperoni in olive oil or oil. Add the onion and sauté. Add the garlic and saute for another 1 min.
  3. Add the beaten beans and stir. Wait to boil and ready! Finish with kale and fried garlic on top.
