- Butter beans2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil or oil1 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Crushed Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
- Chopped Cabbage to taste
- Pepperoni1 unit(s)
- Fried garlic to taste
- Cook the beans under pressure in salted water until soft, about 15 minutes. Discard some of the water and hit the blender.
- Fry the pepperoni in olive oil or oil. Add the onion and sauté. Add the garlic and saute for another 1 min.
- Add the beaten beans and stir. Wait to boil and ready! Finish with kale and fried garlic on top.
