- Baked beans4 cup
- Hot water1 l
- Sazon for beans or vegetables2 unit(s)
- Diced Potato2 unit(s)
- Diced Carrots1 unit(s)
- Pasta of your choice2 cup
- Vegetables to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Oil for sautéing2 tablespoon
- Blend the cooked beans together with the broth in a blender. (Reserve)
- In the pan put the oil, vegetables and vegetables to sauté.
- Add the water and let it boil until the vegetables are al dente.
- Add the noodles and let it cook, when the noodles are almost al dente add the crushed beans.
- Put the sazon and let it cook for about 10 minutes and it's ready.
- Serve next, sprinkling with 1 tablespoon of finely chopped green onions.
