  • Beans (I used pinto beans)1 kg
  • Bacon200 g
  • Pepperoni2 unit(s)
  • Chopped large onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic head1 unit(s)
  • Oil or olive oil to taste
  • Chopped bell pepper1/2 cup
  • Chopped green parsley to taste
  • Salt1 dessert spoon
  • Chili Pepper to taste
  1. Cook the beans for 20 to 25 minutes with water, salt and the bacon skin (it gives a lot of flavor).
  2. Cut all the ingredients, fry bacon and add the pepperoni. Fry for a few minutes.
  3. Blend the beans in a blender for a few minutes, until smooth and creamy.
  4. Saute garlic and onion in a little olive oil or oil, without stirring, let it burn slightly on the bottom of the pan (the color and pure flavor of your broth or any stew).
  5. Add bell pepper and red pepper (optional). Add the beaten beans, the green smell and hit the salt.
