  • Salmon100 g
  • Leek leaves1 unit(s)
  • Potato1 kg
  • Leek1 unit(s)
  • Butter50 g
  • Bacon200 g
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Make a vegetable broth with two onions, carrots, celery, leek leaves and sauté in a large pan, add cold water until covered and let it boil on low heat for 50 minutes.
  2. Cut the bacon into slices and cook on low heat until golden.
  3. Remove the bacon, add the butter, onion and leek, sauté over low heat until caramelized.
  4. Cut the potatoes into small cubes and add to the pan, cover with the vegetable stock and add salt.
  5. When the potato is soft, turn off the heat, add the cream, nutmeg, black pepper and blend in a blender or mixer until creamy.
  6. Add the bacon and adjust the salt.
