- Ground beef100 g
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Bacon20 g
- Sauce1/2 unit(s)
- Grated Mozzarella50 g
- Salt, Oregano, Olive Oil and Black Pepper to taste
- Catupiry50 g
- First cut the zucchini into slices and put it to cook for 4 minutes, until it softens a little. Reserve.
- In a pan put a thread of olive oil, the onion and garlic and sauté, then put the ground meat, put the salt and seasonings and drizzle until all the water dries up.
- Take a slice of the zucchini and put the ground meat and the catupiry, roll it up and put it in a refractory, do this in all slices. Put the sauce on top and cheese and take it to au gratin. Serve warm.
