Corte as abobrinhas de comprido em lâminas finas e reserve,

Bata a ricota no liquidificador com sal, pimenta do reino e azeite até virar uma pasta;

Pique o alho poró em rodelas fininhas e refoque rapidamente no azeite com uma pitada de sal. Reserve

Em uma bacia virar a pasta de ricota, acrescentar o peito de peru picadinho, o alho poró e o creme de leite;

Misture bem e verifique o sal. Se necessário coque mais um pouco até fica a seu gosto;


Cut the zucchinis lengthways into thin slices and set aside,

Beat the ricotta in a blender with salt, black pepper and olive oil until it turns into a paste;

Chop the leek into thin slices and sauté quickly in olive oil with a pinch of salt. Reserve

In a bowl, turn the ricotta paste, add the minced turkey breast, the leek and the cream;

Mix well and check the salt. If necessary, coke a little more until it is to your liking;
