  • Zucchini3 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Oregano to taste
  • Parsley to taste
  • Chili Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Vinegar2 tablespoon
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Chop the garlic and onion very finely.
  2. Heat a pan with olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic.
  3. Add the zucchini cut into thin slices. Season with salt and oregano. Add the finely chopped pepper without the seeds. Sauté for about 3 minutes
  4. Add the vinegar and let it evaporate. Turn off the fire.
  5. Add olive oil to cover the zucchini to preserve.
  6. Store in glass pots!
