- Parsley, chives, coriander1 unit(s)

- Olive oil1/2 cup
- Black pepper, salt1 to taste
- Mozzarella or Parmesan100 g
- Cut the buns into slices not too thick, take it to the preheated oven for 10 min, set aside.
- Cut the zucchini, eggplant, peppers and tomato.
- In a pan, sauté a grated onion and garlic in olive oil, then put the peppers, zucchini and eggplant, when everything is sautéed, put black pepper to taste and salt, finally the parsley, chives and cilantro.
- Chef's tip: Grate a clove of garlic and spread it on the bread with olive oil, finally put the sautéed, and if you prefer, drizzle with more olive oil and finish with grated mozzarella or parmesan.
