Wild rice300 g

Red onion1/2 unit(s)
Olive oil2 tablespoon
Garlic (clove)2 unit(s)
Scented pepper1 unit(s)
Cooked and peeled pine nuts1 cup
Dates2/3 cup
Apricot1/2 cup
Parsley2 tablespoon
Salt to taste

Place wild rice, water and 1/2 tablespoon of salt in a pan. Leave the pan semi-covered over medium heat and when it boils, count 40 minutes. Drain excess water and set aside.
In a skillet, heat the oil and then sauté the diced onion for 3 minutes. Add the garlic and chili pepper and sauté for another 1 minute.
Add the cooked rice, as well as the dates, pine nuts and apricots and apricots, chopped into cubes. Cook for 3 minutes, until all ingredients are completely heated.
Hit the salt. Turn off the heat and add the chopped parsley.
