- Wild rice300 g
- Water9 cup
- Red onion1/2 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Garlic (clove)2 unit(s)
- Scented pepper1 unit(s)
- Cooked and peeled pine nuts1 cup
- Dates2/3 cup
- Apricot1/2 cup
- Parsley2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Place wild rice, water and 1/2 tablespoon of salt in a pan. Leave the pan semi-covered over medium heat and when it boils, count 40 minutes. Drain excess water and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat the oil and then sauté the diced onion for 3 minutes. Add the garlic and chili pepper and sauté for another 1 minute.
- Add the cooked rice, as well as the dates, pine nuts and apricots and apricots, chopped into cubes. Cook for 3 minutes, until all ingredients are completely heated.
- Hit the salt. Turn off the heat and add the chopped parsley.
