  • Ingredients

  • Chopped small onion1 unit(s)
  • Margarine1 teaspoon
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Milk1/2 l
  • Maizena1 tablespoon
  • grated cheese1 cup
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  1. In a Ferreira pan, add margarine, onion and salt. When the onion is very transparent, add the cream.
  2. Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk and add to the sauce.
  3. When the sauce has a firm consistency, turn off the heat and add the cheese, stirring well so it doesn't stick.
  4. Serve well with pasta or oven-baked rice and "bon appetit"
