- Chopped small onion1 unit(s)
- Spoon of margarine1 tablespoon
- Box of sour cream1 unit(s)
- Liter of milk1/2 l
- Spoonful of corn starch1 tablespoon
- Cup of grated cheese1 cup
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- In a pan, melt the margarine and add the onion, salt and pepper.
- When the onion is very transparent, add the cream and mix.
- Dissolve the starch in the milk and add to the sauce.
- When the sauce has a firm consistency, turn off the heat and add the cheese, mixing well so it doesn't stick.
- Serve with pasta or oven-baked rice.
