  • Chopped small onion1 unit(s)
  • Spoon of margarine1 tablespoon
  • Box of sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Liter of milk1/2 l
  • Spoonful of corn starch1 tablespoon
  • Cup of grated cheese1 cup
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Salt1 dessert spoon
  1. In a pan, melt the margarine and add the onion, salt and pepper.
  2. When the onion is very transparent, add the cream and mix.
  3. Dissolve the starch in the milk and add to the sauce.
  4. When the sauce has a firm consistency, turn off the heat and add the cheese, mixing well so it doesn't stick.
  5. Serve with pasta or oven-baked rice.
