  • Black pepper to taste to taste
  • Salt1 dessert spoon
  • Grated cheese1 cup
  • Corn Starch1 tablespoon
  • Milk500 ml
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  • Small onion1 unit(s)
  1. In a pan, melt the margarine and add the onion, salt and black pepper. When the onion is very transparent, add the cream of milk and mix. Dissolve the starch in the milk and add to the sauce. When the sauce has a firm consistency, turn off the heat and add the cheese, stirring well so it doesn't stick. Serve with macaroni or rice.
