  • Maizena2 coffee spoon
  1. In a pan, melt the margarine and add the onion, salt and pepper. When the onion is very transparent, add the cream.
  2. Dissolve the starch in the milk and add to the sauce. When the sauce has a firm consistency, turn off the heat and add the cheese, stirring well, so it doesn't stick. Serve with pasta or oven-baked rice.
