- grated mozzarella250 g
- Black pepper1 teaspoon

- In a pan, put the butter, onion and garlic and let it brown.
- Add the wheat flour to the black pepper and mix
- Add the water and keep stirring until the broth thickens.
- Then add the mozzarella and stir until the cheese melts.
