  • Desalted dried meat400 g
  • Cooked white beans250 g
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Chopped Onion2 tablespoon
  • Chopped red and green bell pepper3 tablespoon
  • Chopped Garlic2 tablespoon
  • Cassava Flour150 g
  • Chopped green olives3 tablespoon
  • Pout peppers2 tablespoon
  • Green smell to taste
  • Salt and paprika to taste
  1. I cooked the meat under pressure for 30 minutes, shredded it and fried it well in olive oil. I removed all the fried meat from the skillet and set it aside, in the same pan I fried the garlic, added the butter, then peppers and onions, added the beans and the rest of the ingredients, finally the flour.
  2. Mix well over low heat for about 3 minutes. It's an incredibly delicious farofa 😋
