- Desalted dried meat400 g
- Cooked white beans250 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion2 tablespoon
- Chopped red and green bell pepper3 tablespoon
- Chopped Garlic2 tablespoon
- Cassava Flour150 g
- Chopped green olives3 tablespoon
- Pout peppers2 tablespoon
- Green smell to taste
- Salt and paprika to taste
- I cooked the meat under pressure for 30 minutes, shredded it and fried it well in olive oil. I removed all the fried meat from the skillet and set it aside, in the same pan I fried the garlic, added the butter, then peppers and onions, added the beans and the rest of the ingredients, finally the flour.
- Mix well over low heat for about 3 minutes. It's an incredibly delicious farofa 😋
