Cooked and drained white beans200 g
Pitted Black Olives120 g
Lemon juice3 tablespoon
Tahini2 tablespoon
Olive oil1/3 cup
Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
Salt to taste

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Adjust the salt and if necessary add oil little by little until you reach the desired texture.
