  • Potato ball1 kg
  • Vinegar300 ml
  • Olive oil200 ml
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic4 to taste
  • Green Smell1 cup
  • Salt1 dessert spoon
  • Chimichurri1 to taste
  1. Cook the potatoes in about 2 liters of water with a spoon of salt, for approximately 20 minutes or until al dente.
  2. In a blender, add all the sauce ingredients, except the potatoes. Beat until it forms a sauce and taste to see if it's to taste.
  3. In a serving dish or pot with a lid, place the potatoes already cooked and cold. Add the sauce and refrigerate for approximately 24 hours or until the potatoes absorb the flavor of the sauce.
