  • Butter10 g
  • Wheat flour10 g
  • Chicken broth (light background)250 ml
  • Onion cut in half1/2 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  1. Heat a pan and mix the butter with the flour.
  2. Gradually add the chicken stock, stirring constantly to avoid creating lumps. Boil, add the onion, cook for 20 minutes over low heat, skimming the surface.
  3. Strain, season with salt and pepper. Store under refrigeration for later use. (The onion used in cooking can be discarded)
