- Bring the carrots, sweet potatoes and yams to a boil and leave to al dente. Cut into rounds.
- On a platter, place the ingredients that are already cooked and the zucchini cut into slices, put the onion, seasonings, olive oil and salt and cabbage.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees
