  • Cauliflower1 unit(s)
  • Carrot500 g
  • Green pepper1 unit(s)
  • Red Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Yellow pepper1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
  • Red onion1 unit(s)
  • Palm oil100 ml
  • coconut milk200 ml
  • Sour cream to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Coriander to taste
  1. Blanch the broccoli, cauliflower and carrots and set aside.
  2. In a frying pan, crush the 4 cloves of garlic and add the blanched vegetables.
  3. Cut the peppers and red onion into rounds and place on top of the other vegetables, tomato is optional.
  4. Add the coriander and put the coconut milk on top and smother for the cooking of the muqueca!
  5. Correct the salt, pepper, add or not cream and finally the palm oil. Leave a few more minutes and just taste! Note: If you want a vegan recipe, just use the cream. Bon appetit! 💪🏼👨🏻‍🍳👊🏼
