- Natural yogurt300 ml
- Salt to taste
- Lemon to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Pass the cucumber on the grater. After, add salt and remove all the water from the cucumber with the help of a sieve.
- Pass the beetroot on the grater and chop the cilantro.
- Mix all the ingredients and add the natural yogurt.
- Add salt, lemon and pepper. This paste can serve as an accompaniment to meats and goes very well with flatbread.
