  • Minced garlic and onions1 to taste
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Cassava flour1 cup
  • Sliced Kale1 unit(s)

  1. I put a drizzle of oil in a pan and turned on the heat. I added the garlic and chopped onions and let it fry well.
  2. In the blender put the cooked beans and water and hit for 3 minutes. I added it to the sautéed and mixed well once it starts to boil.
  3. Add the chopped kale and let it cook for another 2 minutes. Once the cabbage is soft. Add the manioc flour until it starts to thicken. The tutu there goes with taste. I like him not too hard. Then I add little manioc flour. See the salt and just serve as you like
