- diced bacon500 g
- Serca beef cut into cubes200 g
- calabrese sausage cut into cubes1 kg
- cassava flour1 kg
- Garlic6 unit(s)
- coriander1 unit(s)
- oil2 tablespoon
- salt to taste
- mixed seasoning1 dessert spoon
- water to cook beans2 l
- In the pressure cooker Cook the beans with jerky, water, 1 sausage cut into cubes and the bacon for 45 minutes
- Remove from pressure season with garlic oil, mixed seasoning and cilantro. Simmer for 5 minutes.
