- White rice1 cup
- Hot water2 cup
- Tuscan Sausage Segments3 unit(s)
- Olive oil or oil1 tablespoon
- Crushed Garlic1 tablespoon
- Green smell to taste
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped Red Bell Pepper1/2 cup
- Diced carrot1 cup
- Chopped Tomato1 unit(s)
- Remove the skin from the sausages. In a hot pan, put the olive oil and the sausage. It kneads, undoing the sausage lumps until it is well fried.
- Add garlic and onion, sauté for 2 min.
- Add the carrots, rice, tomatoes and peppers. Stir very well and add salt. Refo everything and put the water already hot.
- Finish with chopped parsley and cook over medium heat with the lid ajar.
- Covering the pan towards the end. Finish with more green smell and just enjoy this wonder!
