Beans500 g
Bacon250 g
Calabrian sausage250 g
Eggs5 unit(s)
Chili Pepper1/2 cup
Sliced medium onion1 unit(s)
Ground Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
Cassava Flour200 g
Chopped parsley and chives to taste
Salt1 tablespoon
Extra virgin olive oil to taste

Cook the beans in the pressure cooker for about 20 minutes and drain, set aside
In a pan with extra virgin olive oil, fry the bacon and set aside
In the same pan, fry the pepperoni sausage and set aside
Make the scrambled eggs in a non-stick skillet and set aside
In the pan in which you fried the sausage and bacon, add more extra virgin olive oil and brown the garlic and chopped onion
Add the beans and sauté for about 5 minutes, gradually add the cassava flour
Add the bacon, the pepperoni sausage, the pout peppers, the parsley and chives and the egg and mix well.
Store in GrowPack Packaging in the fridge or serve immediately 😉
