  • String Beans (Green)400 g
  • Pepperoni cut into slices200 g
  • Charque (dried meat) in cubes200 g
  • Chopped coriander5 tablespoon
  • Parsley2 tablespoon
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Flour2 cup
  • Diced Tomatoes4 tablespoon
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Minced Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
  • Chopped Boiled Egg1 unit(s)
  1. Preparation mode Wash the beans well and add to a pressure cooker. Cover with water and salt to taste, and let it boil. When the pot starts to take pressure, set 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and remove the water. Reserve.
  2. In a pan, add the onion, garlic and let it sauté. Add the pepperoni and let it bake for 2 minutes. Add the beans, tomato, cilantro and parsley and turn off the heat. Finally, add the flour and the chopped hard-boiled egg and mix everything together. Ready.
