  • Coriander0 to taste
  • Salt, seasoning, knor, black pepper0 to taste
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  1. Start by frying the bacon and when it's fried, set it aside.
  2. In the same pan, place the charque (you need to remove the salt) and let it fry and when it's fried, set it aside.
